The Villas is an enclave of private villas of the highest standard (comparable only with the Four Seasons Resort and Amandari Hotels in Bali) and are located about 12 kilometers north (or a thirty minute drive) from Bali's international airport.

They are an ideal retreat and hideaway for people who value their privacy and above all want to experience the peace and beauty of Bali in regal style.

The compound is comprised of three deluxe villas, a three-bedroom villa, a two-bedroom villa, a one-bedroom villa and a guest cottage. The property comfortably sleeps a maximum of sixteen guests.

The villas are separated from one another by an open lawn of Japanese grass and each spacious open-plan villa features air-conditioned bedrooms (of which there are a total of 6) with en-suite bathrooms.

Additionally, there a Guest Cottage boasts two fan-cooled bedrooms. The buildings were designed to maximize the view of the pool, which seems to flow over into the adjacent rice fields.

Tariffs for the villas are inclusive of all staff, management fees and taxes. Breakfast is complimentary on the first morning, but then all meals can be prepared by the chefs and paid for in advance.

All food, groceries & drinks are purchased at the markets - the cost of which shall be for the account of the guests.

Villa # 1

From the foyer the attention to detail, the decor and fine furnishings are clearly apparent! All internal walls are shaped from sandstone blocks and highly polished wooden flooring is used throughout (except in the bathrooms).

The open-plan design allows the natural light to filter through during the daylight hours and strategically placed ceiling fans provide extra ventilation in the living areas. The entertaining areas and sitting areas overlook gardens, the adjacent rice fields and with views of the swimming pool.

The living room and sitting area are connected by a covered wooden walkway. Audiovisual equipment consists of a remote controlled stereo, TV and video.
The dining area overlooks a Japanese Garden, and seats a maximum of twelve dinner guests. For larger dinner parties the cooks are accustomed to preparing a buffet.

The villa features three double bedrooms - one upstairs (the master bedroom) and two downstairs. All bedrooms are furnished with queen size four poster beds & fitted with mosquito nets, air-conditioning and ceiling fans and are serviced with en-suite bathrooms. Furnishings consist of tastefully selected antiques in addition to built-in wardrobes.

Villa # 2

Situated closest to the swimming pool and lotus pond this villa consists of two fully air-conditioned bedrooms, once again featuring queen size four poster antique beds, mosquito nets, ceiling fans, antique furnishings and built-in wardrobes.

The bedrooms are serviced with full bathrooms. The entertaining area overlooks landscaped gardens, the lotus pond and swimming pool. It is very comfortable and has remote controlled stereo.

The dining area overlooks the rice fields and can seat ten people comfortably, which is catered by a fully equipped kitchen and great cooks!

Villa # 3

This, like the other two larger villas has been built to the same uncompromising standard. Ideally suited for a couple, the villa features an air-conditioned double bedroom upstairs. Self contained, with a living area, bathroom and kitchenette.

Guest Cottage

The Guest Cottage is positioned midway between the two larger villas. Nestled amongst the trees, it is ideal for guests who require extra beds or for younger members (such as teenagers) of a large family/party. It may only be rented as part of a full compound letting. Upon entering, it is apparent that there are two distinct living area on the ground floor. On one side of the building there is a built-in sofa. On the other side there is a small dining area, with kitchen and bathroom.

A winding stairway leads to the two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which is fitted with a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds that can also be pushed together to form a double bed.

Staffing Arrangements

The Villa  is fully serviced by:

• Three full time cooks, trained in both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cook will do all market shopping.

• Three house girls clean the villas & take care of all laundry.

• There is also a 'waiter' to serve meals or to attend to guests needs, be it by the pool or in the dining room.

• There are also a team of gardeners and pool maintenance men.

• Security - three uniformed guards patrol grounds from dusk to dawn.

• A safe is also provided and lock up safety draws in every bedroom.

What's Included?

• The Villa is fully equipped with linen, towels, cooking utensils, toilet paper, soap and drinking water.

• A complimentary breakfast is served on the first day. All meals, soft drinks and alcohol can be catered for upon request and will be charged separately.

• Overseeing and coordinating the villas and the staff every day is a manager, to assist and liaise with guests whenever & wherever possible.

• The chauffeur from The Villa will greet guests at the airport.

• Transfers to and from airport are complimentary for all registered guests.
