The Shanti Residence is a lifestyle retreat of pure privilege that is encompassed within a 45 are landscape overlooking the Nusa Dua enclave and glistening waters of the Indian Ocean. Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Popo Danes, The Shanti Residence is a sanctuary cocooned from the outside world that addresses the need for rejuvenation of body, mind and spirit. Five distinctive suites are available, each one takes on a Sanskrit name as a symbol of respect for Bali’s celebrated Hindu heritage.

Opulent Living

The main living area at The Shanti Residence is an opulent environment encircled by glass doors that open wide to rejoice the splendor of the outdoors. Matching sofas in a vibrant shade of lavender are the focal point of this designer setting. An adjacent room has been established as a state-of-the-art audio visual suite where guests can recline in air-conditioned comfort to watch a surround sound movie on the big screen. Alternatively, this room can be set up to accommodate a small corporate meeting or business presentation.

Lavish Dining

A separate dining room facing the pool and manicured garden caters for lavish meals and long evenings of social interaction. Up to 12 guests can be seated around the table for a formal dinner prepared by an in-house Executive Chef who presides over a magnificent gourmet kitchen domain. Tantalizing four-course menus are conjured up and served in a manner reserved for fine dining establishments.

Extravagant Master Suite

The Master Suite Ambhara means sky and is secluded within its own private pavilion complete with sophisticated study, sun deck, plunge pool and gazebo. Ambhara is a haven of refined luxury for travellers who expect the finest pleasures that life has to offer.

Suite Indulgence

The Junior Suite Aastha also benefits from its own private quarters with a lounge area and gazebo, while Akansha, Ananta and Abian are all housed within a two-storey dwelling commanding sweeping ocean and garden views. Each suite has been carefully designed for optimal luxury with spa-inspired bathrooms and ample walk-robes.

Personal Time Out

A private gym featuring high-tech cardio workout equipment is available for those who have a rigorous fitness regime to maintain. Spa indulgence based on Bali’s timeless healing and beauty legacy can be enjoyed in a dedicated wellness room complete with bathtub and separate shower.

Space Abounds

The Shanti Residence is set within a terraced garden compound that can host up to 300 guests for a wedding celebration, standing cocktail party or private event. Space abounds and the concept of outdoor living is emphasized with a generous infinity pool, wide sundecks and a large expanse of tropical greenery.

1. Accommodation rates is net per night per villa and inclusive of 21% service charge and Government Tax

2. Study room or additional bedroom upon request. Utilization of the study room as a bedroom shall incur a charge of US$50 and is only applicable when the Residence is booked as a whole

• Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.

• Late Check-Out until 15:00 is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.

• Late Check-Out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 will be charged at full nightly rate.

Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car

• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa

• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks

• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay

• Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement

• In-villa daily breakfast

• Broadband WIFI Internet access – usage at costumer’s account, personal laptop is required

• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests' account.
