The residence consist of:

• Smile, a three bedrooms villa

An easy to use and handy sliding doors system instantly creates all combination of room numbers possible from 2 to 8 bedrooms.

The villa is located in the heart of Seminyak only a few footsteps away from the beach near Kudeta and all the hot spot to dine dance and shop. The villa was built in 2008/2009 and a contemporary style that shows the excellent taste of the owners.

• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
  
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 10-NIGHTS

Internet Rates above is per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of :

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
• Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement
• Internet access from your own villa – personal laptop with broadband enable is required - usage at additional
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by nearby restaurant order
