Villa Maju is located down a quiet lane. A fast 20 minutes transfer from Bali’s Ngurah Rai international airport. Although “Maju” is in the heart of trendy Seminyak, the villa is very private and tranquil.

The Villa

Villa Maju is a 850 square meter contemporary modern Asian style 3 bedroom villa which was fully renovated in late 2009. Consisting of two large king sized bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, and 2nd bedroom convert into single beds if reqiured.

The oversized open floor plan, living and dining room area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of holiday enjoyment. An open plan kitchen is ideal for catering to intimate dinners or serving family dinners, birthday or wedding celebrations.

Villa Maju Garden & Bale Bengong

The “Bale Bengong” or gazebo is located at the end of the pool at Villa Maju. It features a great area perfect for lounging around and enjoying a lazy vacation or reading a book. A Bose sound system provides music throughout the villa.

Before evening cocktails enjoy a massage in the bale or enjoy cocktails in the “Brad Pitt” intimate cocktail corner! The established garden is an oasis of tropical beauty created by one of Bali’s top landscape architects. It’s an integral part of Villa Maju’s warm and inviting ambience.

Living Room ~ Kitchen ~ Dining Area

Villa Maju’s main living area consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area. It is elegantly luxurious and imaginatively decorated creating a warm and inviting environment. The ambience is relaxed elegance. Light and airy; the pool and garden become part of the living space, it’s warm, tropical and very relaxing. It is also equipped with high speed WIFI should you need it.

The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation with all necessary appliances and utensils. A gourmet grocery store is located just five minutes from Villa Maju and our talented and trained villa chef is available to prepare your meals. The dining table seats 8 people. Your villa Butler will cook your breakfast for you every morning.

Villa Bedrooms

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a king size bed, and 42” flat screen TV, DVD player, and a large ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is amply sized and features a shower with a powerful “raindrop” shower head, and dual basin vanity. Mood lighting throughout. The master bedroom looks out onto the garden and swimming pool.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms feature a king size bed, which may be converted into single beds if required. The rooms have a writing desk with FREE WI-FI internet , 37”cable television and DVD player, and a large wardrobe. The guest bedroom ensuite bathrooms are also a good size with raindrop showerheads. Each bedroom also has it’s own private courtyard should you wish to escape. The guest bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.

Standard Services & Features

Butler Service – Villa Maju’s butler will prepare your breakfast and assist with all of your needs from laundry and dry cleaning to grocery shopping, car rental, tours, packing and unpacking, dining reservations, spa appointments, etc. Service level is determined by your needs and desires. Some guests prefer complete privacy while other guests prefer a personal assistant type of butler service. It’s all up to you.

Housekeeping – Villa Maju offers a discrete non obtrusive housekeeping service at the villa.

DVD Library & Book Library – Villa Maju offers a selection of the latest DVDs in it library.

Dining – Bali’s best restaurants including Ku-de-Ta, Warisan and La Luciola are all within 10 minutes of Villa Maju, therefore most guests choose to dine out for their evening meal. Breakfast is included in the room rate and will be prepared by the Villa Butler. Grocery shopping for self catering is nearby and can easily be arranged by your butler.

Car Rental & Tours – Villa Maju staff will arrange all of your car rental and tours.

Internet & Telephone – Villa Maju offers a FREE high speed wireless internet at the villa. There is no phone line available at the villa.

Laundry Service & Dry Cleaning – Villa Maju staff can arrange laundry and dry cleaning.

Massage & Spa – Villa Maju has a Spa Service with all treatments available shown in the Spa Menu found in the villa.

Location

Villa Maju’s location is convenient to the best Bali has to offer. Seminyak and Oberoi beaches are a short 10 minute walk away. Bali’s renowned dining street is just 10 minutes stroll from the villa. Be sure to visit the popular Italian restaurant “Ultimo”. Other renowned “must do” dining in Bali includes Ku de Ta and La Luciola. The Living Room and Hu Bar as well as numerous other trendy bars clubs and shopping are all within walking distance of Villa Maju.
